The services of Nurses include but are not limited to:
- Management and implementation of Physician Plan of Treatment
- Interaction with patient’s family/caregiver regarding patient care
- Evaluate patient and communicate to physician regarding changes in patient’s condition
- Teach and train patient and family/caregiver how to manage treatment regimen
Professional Nursing Visits include:
- Complex Wound Care
- Diabetic Care and Teaching
- Infusion Therapy (IV medications, TPN, Chemotherapy)
